Each  Visit Includes;

EXTERIOR

• Visual check of grounds and landscaping for damages/ issues
• Remove newspaper/flyers from driveway and front door
• Visual check for pests
• Ensure outdoor security lighting properly functioning
• Ensure Garbage  container properly stored
• Collect Mail and packages from Mail box

INTERIOR

• Home entrance / Security system checked
• Check all windows and ensure the are secured and closed
• Visual check for signs of water damage or mold
• Flush Toilets
• Run water in Sinks, Tubs and Showers
• Turn water lines as requested
• Check air conditioning in proper settings
• Check Lighting and timers
• Check water heater / leaks
• Visual check for pests
• Visual check for storage, closets
• Check refrigerator/freezer properly functioning
• Check circuit braker pannel
• Check garage
• Visual check laundry lines
• Note of any unusual odors
• Visual check if need of schedule cleaning
• Secure Property / Alarm
• End of Visit , create and submit a report .

Our Property Condition fee are:

• Property Visit with Condition Report  Flat Fee $149 ( 2 hour minimum ) Each additional hour $50.00
• Currently serving ( Wailea / Makena / Kihei )
• Outside Service Area ( Commute fee $50 ) 
• 48 Hour Advance booking suggested 
• 24 Cancelation required
